I am sure he worked "Thong Song" in during the kids dash.Writing About Runninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07248741379276317284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8715488067479287538.post-43598930895350592642010-11-14T21:52:21.581-05:002010-11-14T21:52:21.581-05:00haha wow, I don't think that was the guy from ...haha wow, I don't think that was the guy from Sam's Run but maybe. The guy from Sam's Run played a lot of old stuff like Thong Song and stuff that came out before the sorority girls were born but I remembered it. Made me feel old hahaTylerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14403058711756304421noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8715488067479287538.post-42401029487643695342010-11-14T21:42:59.801-05:002010-11-14T21:42:59.801-05:00Oh yes, I remember the high school days of going o...Oh yes, I remember the high school days of going out in 5:10 and crawling home! DJ was definitely not Bobby Lane! At one point he was referring to himself as "DJ Cracker" while telling the B&G kids to do the Dougie and put some meat on their bones before playing "Blame it on the Alcohol" to a bunch of 10 year olds. We have local hs kids and younger back in Carteret County that start out way too fast and look back a lot too. I always use it as motivation to run them down. I figure if they are looking back they're tired and/or worried people behind them are gaining and about to pass em. I donno what's up with the 2 sec difference. I'll see if I can find out for you. It would bother me too. An interesting DJ huh? I wonder if it was the same one from the sorority Sam's 5K. He was interesting. Bobby Lane does a good job when he is the DJ at some races.Tylerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14403058711756304421noreply@blogger.com
